Job Overview

BGIS ITS is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team in Jackson / Vicksburg, MS.

This role involves performing routine maintenance, demand service requests, and equipment changeouts at commercial locations in and around the state.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration equipment.
  • Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems to determine required repairs.
  • Inspect and perform equipment repair and replacements.
  • Respond to emergency service requests.

Requirements:

  • EPA Certification required.
  • Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
  • Subject to drug, background, and driver's license checks.
