Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel.
- Act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units, aligning with Tenet educational goals and vision.
- Develop and deliver educational programs, including orientation, continuing education, and in-services, to enhance nursing staff knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the organization through councils, committees, and workgroups, promoting excellence in nursing education and practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty.
- 1 year nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Current State Licenses & Certifications.
