Urban Planner Associate

Larson Design Group is seeking a talented Urban Designer/Planning Associate to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of master planning, programming, and conceptual design documents and graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of planning reports, maps, and other visual aids.
• Conduct field evaluations and assessments to gather data for planning projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior planners to lead project teams and execute projects.
• Research and analyze planning requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Zero to five years of experience in planning or a related field.
• Pursuing AICP or RLA certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in public speaking and presentation skills.
