POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves delivering a wide range of clinical audiology services while also engaging in educational, administrative, managerial, and quality assurance tasks as needed. Key responsibilities include the coordination of audiology-related activities, executing clinical audiology procedures essential for the thorough evaluation and rehabilitation of patients' auditory functions, participating in educational initiatives, and aiding in the supervision of designated staff members.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A Doctor of Audiology degree is mandatory. A minimum of three years of clinical experience as a licensed audiologist is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Candidates must be eligible to participate as Medicaid and Medicare providers.

LICENSURE
Candidates must possess and maintain a current license from the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Registration for the use of audiometric equipment through the Texas Department of State Health Services is also required.
