Job Title: Staff Nutritionist

Description:
CIFC Health's Regional WIC Program seeks a full-time Staff Nutritionist to assist the Program Nutritionist with nutrition-related program components. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field and preferably be a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) or eligible for certification. Key responsibilities include conducting WIC nutrition assessments, determining and documenting nutritional risk, and providing nutrition education and counseling to clients. The Staff Nutritionist will also assist with the implementation of the nutrition and breastfeeding promotion and support component of the local agency plan and meet state and local objectives.
