Job Title: RN - Inpatient - Weekend Position - Medical and Surgical Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Medical Surgical Unit on a weekend shift. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Current RN licensure in the State of WI or compact state
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in an inpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
