Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Functions and Programs: Coordinate and implement accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, as well as developing financial forecasts and projections.
  • Audit and Compliance: Assist with audits, investigate and resolve audit findings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Accounting Systems and Procedures: Contribute to the development and implementation of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP, strong financial analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace).
  • Leadership: Ability to train and manage team members, as needed.
