Key Responsibilities

  • Assist servers in greeting guests and setting up stations for shifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, restocking silverware and condiments as needed.
  • Refill drinks, pre-bus tables, and run hot food to guests promptly.
  • Clear dishes from tables and communicate table readiness to servers.
  • Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
