About Our TeamShaw's R&R Jewelry and Loan is a reputable jewelry and loan establishment seeking a skilled and motivated Pawnshop Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include assisting pawn and sales customers, building a team-oriented environment through assisting other employees, maintaining a presentable store and store grounds, and performing procedural duties such as filing pawn tickets and conducting daily inventory counts. To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma minimum, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. Additionally, you must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening, obtain a Pawnshop License, and provide your own mode of transportation to and from work. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
