Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our esteemed team at Northwest Medical Center. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients, serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking medical attention.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, injuries, and infections frequently seen in a primary care practice.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Educate patients about preventive care measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing lacerations and removing skin lesions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in primary care medicine.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice and patient confidentiality.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington.
- Unrestricted DEA and NPI.
- Ability to be credentialed under with all major insurances as well as Medicare.
- Proficient in use of the EMR.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based medical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
- A thriving full-time position with a consistent 40-hour workweek.
- Convenient clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
