About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Strategist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and prompt processing of customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers and troubleshoot problems.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $21-$26 per hour.
