Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer immunizations and provide counseling to patients on health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Maintain confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation.
  • Model and enforce proper member service approaches and techniques to ensure successful resolution of member needs, complaints, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
