Culinary Professional

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Solstice Senior Living, LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all food items and meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, and events.
• Follow all sanitary regulations and health-related protocols in food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining room staff, providing assistance as needed.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
• Properly label, date, and store all leftovers, and dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant, catering, or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Ability to make independent decisions and work without supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
