About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Information Systems Owner (ISO) to ensure security posture is met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains security policies, procedures, plans, and documentation to meet various security controls.
- Creates and maintains RMF documentation, including Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) database entries.
- Supports the maintenance of a strong cybersecurity posture for systems until their disposal.
- Reviews and assesses enclave documentation in eMASS and Configuration Management (CM) systems for ISSM review and approval.
- Identifies, collects, reviews, and maintains RMF required artifacts in accordance with cybersecurity policies, guidance, and plans.
- Evaluates system progress on RMF compliance and provides written evaluations quarterly.
- Maintains cybersecurity data for systems registered in the ITIPS in accordance with FISMA requirements.
- Conducts and/or reports annual FISMA security reviews, contingency test completion dates, and validation of cybersecurity control compliance.
- Performs annual control validations (ACVs) for all NC3 systems in accordance with AF Global Strike Command (AFGSC) cybersecurity guidance.
Requirements
- High school diploma with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years of IAT level II or IAM level II functions.
- Associates degree can be substituted for 2 years of experience, and a bachelor's degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
- IAT or IAM Level II Certification per DoD 8570.01M.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Xacta.
- Experience with FISMA, eMASS, and/or ITIPS.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Little to no travel is required.
