Position Overview

Radiologic Imaging Specialist - Candidates must possess a valid NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License prior to commencing employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applicants holding an out-of-state Radiologic Technologist License are required to apply for and obtain a NYS license before their start date.
  • This position entails a full-time evening schedule from Monday to Friday, consisting of five 8-hour shifts, specifically from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
  • Flexibility to work agency shifts is mandatory, with a requirement of three such shifts throughout the contract duration.
  • Weekend shifts will be assigned on a rotating basis.
  • Strong skills in Fluoroscopy and Operating Room procedures are essential.
  • Recent experience in acute care settings or surgery centers, particularly with portable CARM, is required.
  • Responsibilities include performing Moderate Sedation, Operating Room, Emergency Department Trauma, and Fluoroscopy examinations.
  • Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for this position.
