Pharmacy Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at RPh on the Go. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process medication orders using the EPIC system with precision and accuracy.
  • Deliver medications to patients throughout the hospital setting with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Assist in managing automated dispensing systems, including OmniCell, to optimize medication management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of EPIC and OmniCell is a plus, with training provided for successful candidates.
  • IV preparation experience is advantageous but not required.
  • A valid pharmacy technician license for Louisiana is mandatory.
  • PTCB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
