The Hemodialysis Registered Nurse is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and priorities, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • Care Delivery: Execute therapeutic interventions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor patients' responses to care, evaluating progress and making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Current Florida RN License, BLS & ACLS Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, Basic Arrhythmia Skills, and Computer Skills.
  • Work Experience: Within 30 days of hire, complete general and nursing orientation, demonstrate accuracy and ability in administering medications. Within 90 days of hire, show proficiency in IV therapy skills and demonstrate competence in dialysis competencies.
