This role necessitates the application of critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care within the Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
- Prioritize patient care tasks based on the qualifications and experience of available staff.
- Provide guidance and oversight to team members involved in patient care.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
Work Schedule:
- Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM.
- 13-Week Assignment.
- 36-Hour Guarantee.
- 3 shifts of 12 hours each week.
