Admissions Welcome Center Manager

As a key member of the Enrollment Management team at Saint Francis University, the Admissions Welcome Center Manager plays a vital role in establishing a warm and professional tone towards prospective students and families, current students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complex administrative support to the Director of Admissions
  • Manage front-line customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Management team to achieve recruitment goals
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and data
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to perform administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three to six years of experience in office management and customer service
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
