Corewell Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Royal Oak Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, utilizing the framework of the nursing process to incorporate patient-family centered care principles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to incorporate patient-family centered care principles.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate degree or higher.
- Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Minimum of 15 months of clinical experience (1 year clinical experience + completion of nursing orientation).
- Successful completion of a competency assessment provided by nursing education.
