Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Assisted Living/Memory Support team at The Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. This part-time, night shift position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Prior experience in Memory Support or a related field is highly desirable.
