We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Residence Inn Cranbury South Brunswick. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
