MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to fill a travel position in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified MRI Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MRI technology and excellent patient care skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and coils on the MRI table to ensure accurate and safe imaging.
  • Inject contrast media as required to enhance image quality.
  • Set technical parameters and monitor image data during scans to ensure optimal results.
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted professional guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to national patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
