Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and educate customers on their desired product inquiries.
  • Identify and engage with new and existing customers to bolster our sales pipeline.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of our products and services based on individualized customer needs.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all account inquiries.


Requirements for Success:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
  • A tenacious and growth-oriented mindset with a desire for knowledge.
  • A driven mindset with impeccable time management skills and a superior work ethic.
  • A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
