Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support skills as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
