We are seeking a highly skilled LCSW/LMFT Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Asian Counseling Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to up to 4 graduate-level interns, ensuring the quality of services for clients, and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to up to 4 graduate-level interns
  • Support and maintain quality of services for clients
  • Supervisees' staff assignments and productivity
  • Training and development, including approval of documentation of services
About Us:

Pacific Asian Counseling Services is a not-for-profit, community-based organization serving underserved communities in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, and Long Beach. We provide outpatient mental health counseling services in clinic, field, school-linked, and meeting clients where they're at.

Requirements:
  • LCSW or LMFT licensure
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience, including 1 year providing clinical supervision for licensure
  • Experience with LAC DMH programs for children and adults, S/D Medi-CAL billing procedures, documentation, and Outcome Measures
