About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members and guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate and maintain cafe equipment, including coffee machines and ovens
  • Work collaboratively with the cafe team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
