Job Summary

We are seeking full-time attorneys of junior to senior levels to join our team. As a civil defense attorney, you will be part of a mentor-based, collegial, and highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload and day-to-day workload, with experience determining the level of responsibility
  • Participate in various steps of the litigation process, including review, preparation, and approval of pleadings, motions, and depositions
  • Represent the firm in oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of litigation experience
  • Proven ability to handle litigated matters with limited supervision
  • Established litigation skills, including taking and defending depositions, and oral advocacy
  • Strong academic background and law degree
  • NJ Bar admission required
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and strong communication skills with networking capabilities
