  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT OR NMTCB, BLS)

The facility will not pend license/certs. Travelers from certain counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls.
