Job Title: Driver Maintenance Associate
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Driver Maintenance Associate to join our team at The Salvation Army USA Western Territory. As a Driver Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for driving TSA vehicles locally to support program implementation, including donation pick-ups, food deliveries, and light maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive TSA vehicles locally to support program implementation
- Perform light maintenance duties, including cleaning, maintaining, and repairing fleet vehicles
- Coordinate the proper storing of donated food, gifts-in-kind donations, and government commodities deliveries
- Ensure vehicle mileage logs are filled out accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Valid Wyoming Drivers License with The Salvation Army Vehicle Driving Certification
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Previous box truck driving experience preferred
Working Conditions:
The Driver Maintenance Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, driving locally to support program implementation. The position requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is also required.
