Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including grounds, buildings, and equipment.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling work and assigning tasks.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Procure materials and services to accomplish maintenance goals, and manage inventory and assets.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage maintenance and facilities projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure that facilities needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in maintenance and facilities management, including supervisory experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with maintenance and facilities management software.
