Care Finders Total Care, a leading provider of Home Care Services in New Jersey, is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) trainers. As a CHHA trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of caregivers, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

• Deliver comprehensive training programs to aspiring CHHAs, focusing on basic care skills, patient safety, and communication techniques.
• Develop and maintain curriculum materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with our training team to design and implement training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure trainees meet the required standards.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in home care or a related field.
