Caregiver Specialist

The McGuire Group Inc is a leading provider of healthcare services in New York state, offering a unique opportunity to advance your career as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the care and safety of residents in the nursing unit, following individual care plans, and documenting patient progress.

This is a Part-Time position with varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, handling a diverse range of tasks, including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures, and documenting patient data.

• Follow individual care plans and document patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing services as needed
• Record current patient conditions and treatment outcomes in EMR
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team and medical provider

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• New York State LPN licensure
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with PCC e-MAR preferred
• Physical endurance for frequent activity and ability to lift up to 20 pounds

• Starting rate: $25.75/hr. (dependent on experience)
