Auto Damage Claims Specialist

As an Auto Damage Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our claims handling process by writing estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards. You'll interact with customers through face-to-face, virtual, and written communication, assessing and finalizing estimates. Your diverse range of workstreams will include repairable estimates, total loss assessments, and virtual inspections, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

You must live in the Millville, NJ area to be eligible for this role. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates, and proficiency in using technology and various platforms for claims processing.

The ideal candidate will have 18 months+ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also essential requirements.

If required, you may need to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license, which includes passing an additional background check. We offer a $1000 Licensing Sign-on Bonus for candidates who meet the necessary active licenses for this role.

Please note that you may be required to attend a one-week training session in Wheeling, IL. Compensation is estimated based on location and job requirements.
