Bell Person

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Person to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Bell Person, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Greet Guests with a Warm Smile: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, using prescribed terminology to create a positive first impression.
• Transport Luggage: Safely transport guests' luggage to their assigned room after registration is complete, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist with Departure: Pick up guests' luggage upon departure and transport it to their preferred mode of transportation or store it securely.
• Communicate with Captain: Inform the Captain of guests without luggage, ensuring seamless communication and service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically able to lift and transport luggage, as well as work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
