Speech-Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Tuba City Regional. In this critical role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive speech-language services to patients. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individualized speech-language services to patients
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Developing and implementing goal-oriented treatment plans

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* Current Resume
* Current Arizona license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
* Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
* 2 current Clinical References
* Physical
* TB Records
* Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
* Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
* Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
