We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Fergus Falls, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience in general surgery and excellent communication skills.
About the Role- The Physician Assistant will work alongside three board-certified general surgeons in an established practice.
- Responsibilities include conducting physical pre-operative examinations, assessing patients' medical histories, and performing relevant diagnostic tests.
- The PA will serve as a first assistant during general surgical operations and support patients at the wound care center.
- Detailed pre-operative and postoperative instructions will be provided to patients ensuring they understand the procedures and recovery process.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A strong background in general surgery with certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
- Base compensation salary guaranteed for the first 2 years of employment.
- Opportunity to earn additional income based on production volumes.
