We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Class A CDL truck driver to join our team in Lansing, MI. This is a home daily local opportunity that requires a high level of proficiency in operating a tractor-trailer combination vehicle.

As a Ryder driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and logs, load/unload freight as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Our drivers can earn up to $1,090 or more per week, depending on their level of experience and the number of hours they work. Additionally, we provide paid training, a schedule that includes Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, and the opportunity to refer friends and family for unlimited bonuses.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 21 years of age, pass a Ryder drug test, pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years, pass a DOT physical, pass a Ryder road test, and provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.

You must also have at least 9 months of verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle within the past 3 years, or 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years' experience within the last 10 years. Other requirements include the ability to follow written and/or oral instructions, read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
