Responsibilities:- Implement the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience
- Provide critical care, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and ventilator management
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Alabama
- ACLS and BCLS certification
