Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence and quality of life.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring, in accordance with physician orders and established standards of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals, and regularly evaluate and modify plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in occupational therapy.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
