Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our food and beverage team as a Dishwasher - Riverbend. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Clean all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
  • Sweep and mop floors and wash walls
• Kitchen Operations
  • Perform kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areas
  • Wipe down counters, tables, and equipment
  • Remove trash
• Support to Chefs
  • Help chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 50 pounds is required
