Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Provide high-quality personal hygiene services, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights, addressing their needs in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Apply principles of infection control, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing conditions and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Current first aid/CPR certification through a reputable organization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
