Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of clinicians. As a Per Diem Speech Therapist, you will have the flexibility to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. This role offers a rate of up to $140/visit.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Assess cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote effective communication and independence.
  • Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A valid MA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with various patients and medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
