Pediatric Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at BJC HealthCare in Valley Park, Missouri.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work with patients and families in a dynamic ER setting. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 patient engagement and crisis intervention services. Your primary focus will be on assisting patients with daily hygiene, physical activity, and nutritional needs, while also implementing direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily hygiene, including personal care direction
- Implement direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse
- Perform general clerical tasks
- Collect and record specimens, including phlebotomy
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- No experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ER environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. You will also have access to pension plan and 403(b) plans, as well as flexible spending accounts and paid time off.
