Job Description:

Crew Training International is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft CRM Instructor SME to deliver courseware through instruction and facilitation in a classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation and a minimum of 500 flying hours in the EC-130H aircraft.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct academic instruction and remedial student training as required.
  • Monitor Stan Eval trends and initiate revisions in courseware to address customer trends.
  • Develop and maintain courseware currency for assigned aircraft and areas of responsibility.
  • Provide content input for lesson revisions and coordinate with other I/SMEs.
  • Serve as the interface between the customer and CTI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field.
  • Minimum of 500 flying hours in the EC-130H aircraft.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Security clearance of 'Secret' or above.
