Key Responsibilities:

The Application Operations Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and updating applications that enhance or optimize technology solution operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling, managing, and supporting applications and batch operations across all environments.
  • Ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and efficiency of applications.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to application and batch operations.
  • Utilizing monitoring tools to assess application and infrastructure performance.
  • Conducting analysis, defining problems, gathering requirements, and developing solutions for data issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in information systems design.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as an application operations engineer working with large-scale distributed applications and familiarity with computer technologies.
