Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Richmond, Texas. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations for students of diverse age groups, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs, and collaborating with educators, parents, and professionals to support students' communication development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings to support students' communication development.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop and implement effective communication strategies and support students' communication development.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary to ensure students' communication needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Previous experience in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
