Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide drink recommendations that pair well with menu items
• Possess thorough knowledge of menu items, including their origins and preparation methods
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of bar equipment and glassware
• Deliver prompt and courteous service to guests
• Process payments accurately
• Manage inventory and supply requests
• Foster positive communication with kitchen and service staff
• Set up, maintain, and dismantle the bar area
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Knowledge of state liquor laws is essential
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic understanding of wine, food, and culinary techniques is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods. The position may involve working in wet, hot, and humid conditions and requires the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
