Senior Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and appeals
  • Conduct thorough research and investigation to support case development
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
  • Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain the case calendar
  • Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and trial briefs
  • Coordinate and summarize depositions, and prepare trial binders and exhibits
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with at least 2 years of experience working directly for a trial lawyer
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and MacOS software
