About the Role

Knauf Insulation is a leading manufacturer of insulation products, and we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze maintenance requests, prioritizing activities based on cost, equipment availability, and production impact.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain the PM database, ensuring accurate tracking of maintenance activities and supplies.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and address production problems, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce break-down interventions.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels between maintenance and production departments.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data, preparing reports as needed to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably SAP PM Module.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
